Do I need to buy a sauna kit?+
No. BuildSauna can build a custom residential sauna from the ground up or professionally install a customer-supplied kit.
Can you build a sauna in a basement?+
Potentially, yes. The available dimensions, ceiling height, floor, ventilation, moisture conditions, access and equipment requirements need to be evaluated first.
Can you supply cedar?+
BuildSauna can help source cedar and other suitable construction materials as part of a custom sauna project.
Do you install sauna heaters?+
BuildSauna prepares the physical heater location and surrounding construction. Electrical hookup and regulated heater connections are completed by a licensed electrician.
Who connects the sauna controller?+
Controller wiring and other regulated electrical connections are completed by a licensed electrician where required.
Can you install a kit I already purchased?+
Yes, subject to the kit, its condition, manufacturer requirements and the suitability of the intended installation space.
What should I send for an estimate?+
Send room photos, approximate dimensions, your city, project type, a short description and the kit manufacturer/model if you already have one.
